Standard Policy: Goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

As stated on all our official invoices, products purchased from JULIET Shop cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is finalized and delivered.
Please review your cart carefully to ensure sizes, colors, and quantities are correct before completing the payment.
Exceptions: If an item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (91955991) within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof for an immediate resolution.
